Ian Casper
Ian Casper, Executive Assistant & Paralegal
Ian grew up on a working corn and soybean farm in Kenton, Ohio, where he spent his childhood raising chickens, ducks, rabbits, and other livestock for various FFA and 4-H projects. He attended Cedarville University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in music performance. Eventually, he found himself in Lancaster County, where he spent nearly 10 years working at Sight & Sound Theatres as a music and office administrator. During his time at Sight & Sound, he received a paralegal associate degree through Harrisburg Area Community College’s ABA approved program and began working with broader aspects of the arts and business. This included Intellectual Property protection, usage, and acquisition, casting and contract negotiations, and licensing of content for streaming platforms, film, and tv.
He joined Legacy Law in January of 2023 as an Executive Assistant and Business Paralegal. Ian works diligently to keep internal processes on track, all while assisting clients with growing their businesses, preparing for a transition, or any other goal they may have.
Ian, his wife Alyssa and their young son live in Strasburg, worshipping and serving at Mission Church in Lancaster. Outside of the office he enjoys fishing, baking, going on early-morning jogs, listening to big-band and jazz music, and trying out the newest video games on PC and Playstation.
